Why don't they have some protection Manager? They are wonderful employees out there that deserve better. By time the table opens (only once the sun moves for the players, but not staff), they are drenched in sweat, while all the other outside tables are in the shade.
They are forced to work in 110 plus heat, with broiling sunshine beating down on them for the 1st hours of their shift. My reason for the 3 is due to the horrible working conditions for the staff at the Encore Pool craps table. The facilities were beautiful and well maintained and the food was excellent. We just returned from a wonderful weekend at The Encore! Every staff member, from the bellstaff, to front desk, to restraunts, to casino staff, spa staff, pool staff and housekeeping were amazing! We met so many great employees that became friends over the few days we stayed. Again, we had a great vacation, it was just a little disheartening to be misled by false advertisement.
Unfortunately, we are not likely to receive the credit because next year we may stay at a different resort. This time, a different manager stated she would make a note in our profile to give us another food and beverage credit on our next stay. Upon returning home, I contacted the resort again to discuss the misinformation given in the description of the package. Furthermore, if we were aware of it being a "food and beverage credit", we would have used it for each of the 4 days we were there. I further explained we were about to catch a flight and did not have time to utilize a food and beverage credit. The manager agreed to give us a credit for $45 total credit and offered us to utilize the "food and beverage credit" on our last day. It was our understanding, based on the way the package was described, it was a credit toward the $45 daily resort fee. I explained to the manager our package does not specify "food and beverage credit". We were then told the "$30 resort credit per day" was for food and beverage. I contacted a manager at the resort at the time of checkout to inquire about the error. However, at the time of checkout, no credit was given. We purchased a package which was supposed to give us a "$30 resort credit per day".
